Leasing Professional – Lantower Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Lantower community in Round Rock. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing activities and resident engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other platforms.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or sales within residential real estate.
• Strong ability to qualify prospects, conduct tours, and close leases.
• Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Capability to design and implement marketing plans and outreach programs.
• Familiarity with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
