Leasing Professional – Cadena at the Falls

About the role

The Leasing Professional at Cadena at the Falls will drive the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing journey, ensure smooth move‑ins and maintain high satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and showcase apartment features.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and coordinate resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready and schedule any necessary repairs.
• Provide ongoing resident support, address concerns and work to secure lease renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to implement strategies that boost occupancy and revenue.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail throughout the leasing process.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with prospects, residents and internal teams.
