Leasing Professional – Bent Tree Fountains

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Bent Tree Fountains community in Addison. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through all phases of the leasing cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready for residents, and coordinate any outstanding work with the maintenance team.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising using platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and leasing activities within residential real estate.
• Ability to inspect units, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure move‑in readiness.
• Strong understanding of local market conditions and ability to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with property management software and online marketing tools.
