Leasing Manager – Student Living Community

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for The 505 student living community, ensuring revenue and occupancy targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives.
• Set rent pricing, concessions, and monitor day‑to‑day leasing operations.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions to develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Utilize technology and property management software to generate leasing reports and track performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance to maintain community standards and enhance unit marketability.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Review financial, traffic, and closing ratio reports to drive performance improvements.

Required profile

• Experience overseeing leasing, marketing, and sales activities in a residential community.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor analysis.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams, including maintenance and operations.
