Leasing Manager – Garden Community (Sarasota)

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Manager to lead marketing, sales and leasing activities for a 336‑unit garden‑style community in Sarasota. The role oversees the leasing team, drives occupancy and revenue targets, and ensures a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and online advertising, set rent pricing and concessions, and monitor daily leasing performance to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Analyze market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing and incentive strategies.
• Create and manage advertising campaigns using company property‑management software and technology platforms, generating regular sales and leasing reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance to maintain community appearance and safety, inspect “ready” units, and employ merchandising techniques such as mini‑models.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing operations for multifamily or garden‑style communities.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and resident retention.
