Lease-Up Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Lease‑Up Maintenance Supervisor to join its Shoreline team in Seattle. The role is responsible for overseeing and performing technical and mechanical work to ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute maintenance tasks across interior and exterior property areas.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards for safety, appearance and operational performance.
• Manage and coordinate outside vendors, track work orders and follow up on completion.
• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems, grounds and amenities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or building maintenance supervision.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to exceed resident expectations.
• Ability to lead a team of maintenance technicians and manage vendor relationships.
