Information Systems Officer – Pension & Benefits

About the role

The United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) seeks an Information Systems Officer to support pension administration and related services. Based in Manhattan, the role is part of the Information Management Systems Service, Enterprise Applications Section.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects that include feasibility studies, systems analysis, design, development and implementation of moderately complex systems.
• Deliver implementation and operationalization of enterprise platforms (e.g., ITSM, cloud‑based platforms) supporting pension administration.
• Provide end‑to‑end integration between pension administration systems and enterprise platforms such as ERP, document management, workflow/BPM and ITSM, covering API design, data mapping, security and monitoring.
• Partner with service management teams to ensure ITIL‑aligned support processes (incident, problem, change, release, request fulfillment).
• Support cloud adoption and migration activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing system development projects and delivering complex IT solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application integration and service management.
• Ability to work within delegated authority and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
