Implementation & Training Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation & Training Specialist to lead the onboarding, site activation, and clinician training for our Clinical AI platform. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, you will ensure a smooth launch experience for healthcare partners, from technical setup to live training and early‑adoption support.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new customers, from signed agreement through burn‑in.
• Plan and execute go‑live activities, including technical configuration, workflow alignment, and training coordination.
• Deliver both in‑person and virtual training sessions for clinicians, therapists, and support staff.
• Monitor early‑stage metrics such as user activation, scan completion, and workflow confidence.
• Track readiness and progress using internal checklists, reports, and status updates.
• Travel up to 30‑40% for onsite trainings, implementations, and workflow optimization sessions.

Required profile

• Background in physical therapy, occupational therapy, healthcare operations, or healthcare technology.
• Enjoys teaching, problem‑solving, and collaborating closely with clinical teams.
• Strong proactive communication and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced startup.
• Comfortable with frequent handoffs and cross‑functional coordination.
