Groundskeeper / Porter for Brodick Hill Community

About the role

The Groundskeeper/Porter will maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the Brodick Hill community, ensuring that common areas, amenities, and grounds meet Greystar’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities neat.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Perform minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turnover tasks.
