Full-Time Teller – Montgomeryville, PA

About the role

Santander is seeking a full‑time Teller to join its Montgomeryville branch. In this customer‑focused role you will handle daily banking transactions while delivering a high level of service and supporting the branch’s operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, minimize wait times and assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other banking needs.
• Handle cash accurately, maintain cash‑drawer balances and follow all compliance and risk‑management procedures.
• Identify and refer opportunities to cross‑sell Santander products, and educate customers on digital self‑service tools.
• Escalate complex issues or potential fraud to appropriate channels for timely resolution.
• Support custodial duties, audits and other operational tasks as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and may provide coverage for nearby branches when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 months of cash‑handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months of demonstrated customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
