Finance & Operations Analyst

About the role

PsychPlus is looking for a detail‑oriented Finance & Operations Analyst to support day‑to‑day financial operations, reporting, and cross‑functional business activities for its U.S. operations. The role is execution‑focused, requiring strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and coordination with internal finance, operations, HR, and billing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial and operational reporting across U.S.-based business units.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial dashboards, weekly/monthly reports, and expense/budget tracking sheets.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and gaps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate financial inputs.
• Maintain accurate tracking of budgets, expenses, vendor payments, and operational KPIs.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of financial and operational data.
• Support month‑end close processes, including data collection, reconciliation, and reporting updates.
• Communicate clear updates, risks, and issues to internal teams.
• Maintain shared trackers, spreadsheets, and documentation with high accuracy.

Required profile

• Prior experience in finance, operations, accounting support, or data/analytical coordination roles.
• Exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, bookkeeping support, or operational analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy with numbers and data.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivot tables preferred).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Availability to work full‑time during U.S. Central Time (Houston time).
