Field Sales Representative – Miami/Hialeah

About the role

Booksy is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to be the face of the brand in the Miami/Hialeah region. You will help small beauty businesses adopt Booksy’s technology, driving growth and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Expand Booksy’s footprint across South Florida by acquiring new beauty‑industry clients.
• Generate leads through cold calls, walk‑ins, and social‑media outreach.
• Conduct product demos, attend industry events, and educate clients on the app’s features.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of field sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Based in the Miami area with a personal vehicle for client visits.
• Results‑driven attitude with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM usage for pipeline management).
