About the role
We are looking for an innovative Executive Vice President to lead our Learning & Performance program in Dallas. This senior leader will design, develop, and execute scalable learning strategies that boost employee performance, drive operational excellence, and create new revenue streams.
Key responsibilities
- Set strategic direction for management development, technical training, and continuous learning across the organization.
- Monetize training programs for internal teams and external clients, aligning them with business objectives.
- Oversee creation of onboarding, certification, and systems training for technical teams.
- Develop modular, interactive learning solutions using simulations, code labs, and product walkthroughs.
- Partner with service engineering, product, and IT leaders to translate complex processes into engaging learning experiences.
- Implement enterprise‑wide LMS, virtual labs, and AI‑assisted learning tools.
- Define KPIs, analyze learner data, and continuously improve learning outcomes and ROI.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to prioritize learning initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience driving growth through training and performance improvement.
- Track record of monetizing learning programs for internal and external audiences.
- Strong ability to integrate learning outcomes into total service value.
- Executive leadership experience in fast‑paced, technology‑driven environments.
