About the role
Angel City FC is seeking enthusiastic students or recent graduates to join the team as seasonal Event Operations or Game Presentation Assistants. This hands‑on position offers a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes of professional women’s soccer matches and related fan events.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with setup, production, and teardown of signage, activations, and stadium equipment.
- Support general game‑day operations such as parking assistance, staff catering, concourse activations, and pre/post‑game experiences.
- Facilitate fan engagement activities, VIP meet‑and‑greets, and special event experiences.
- Maintain credential and wristband tracking, and manage ticket pack and giveaway distribution.
- Serve as liaison for vendors, performers, and partners as needed.
- For Game Presentation assistants, monitor radio and Slack channels, relay timing changes, and coordinate with the control room and gameday producer.
Required profile
- Current undergraduate, graduate student, or recent graduate.
- Passion for women’s sports and Angel City FC’s mission.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and clear communication skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and ability to interact professionally with fans, staff, players, partners, and VIPs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 20 lb.
