About the role

RH Hospitality is looking for a dedicated Dishwasher to support daily kitchen operations and uphold the high standards of sanitation and organization that define the brand. The role is essential for maintaining a clean environment that enables the culinary team to deliver a world‑class dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a pristine kitchen by cleaning the dish station, ingredient storage, trash areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Efficiently wash and sanitize all plateware, glassware, silverware, cookware, and utensils.
• Assist with daily food preparation, inventory organization, and other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Develop foundational knowledge of RH’s menu items and ingredients to better support kitchen operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a high‑volume, full‑service culinary environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of application.
• Meets the legal age requirements for serving alcohol and performing full kitchen duties.
• Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
• Physical ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 lb and stand or walk for extended periods.

Required skills

• Basic awareness of food safety standards.
• Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene procedures in a commercial kitchen.
