Cyber Security Analyst

About the role

Atomus is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to work directly with customers in the aerospace and defense sector. The analyst will help clients implement Atomus’ security platform, maintain compliance with NIST 800‑171 and CMMC standards, and resolve technical issues across a range of devices and networks.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new customers through onboarding, configure security tools, and establish baseline compliance with NIST 800‑171 and CMMC.
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries, troubleshooting Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android devices, as well as firewalls and network equipment.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering and third‑party vendors to convey customer feedback and influence product development.
• Maintain up‑to‑date IT documentation and assist customers in sustaining NIST and CMMC compliance.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing technical role such as IT administrator, solutions engineer, technical customer success or technical account manager, preferably in cybersecurity or compliance.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CMMC) and networking concepts (WAN, LAN, routers, switches, firewalls).
