Corporate Controller – Global Finance Leadership

About the role

The Global Corporate Controller will lead the company’s worldwide accounting, financial reporting, and internal control functions. Based in Memphis, TN, you will ensure accurate, timely financial information across all regions while driving standardization and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee consolidated financial reporting and statutory compliance for NA, LATAM, EMEA, APAC, and Northeast Asia.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including global consolidations and intercompany eliminations.
• Maintain a robust internal controls framework (SOX or equivalent) and ensure audit readiness.
• Develop and enforce global accounting policies, providing technical guidance on complex transactions such as M&A and restructurings.
• Drive finance process standardization, ERP optimization, and digital finance initiatives to improve cycle times and data quality.
• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to deliver financial insights, support strategic decisions, and enhance financial discipline.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing global controllership team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 12–15+ years of finance/accounting leadership experience.
• Proven track record in global controllership or multi‑region finance management.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance.
• Experience leading large accounting, consolidation, and internal‑control teams.
• Strong partnership skills with CFOs, regional finance leaders, audit, tax, and shared‑services functions.
