Construction Manager - Duplex and Townhouse

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead luxury duplex and townhouse projects in Central Dallas. This 1099 contract position offers the chance to work on high‑end residential developments with a fast‑growing developer.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction operations for luxury duplex and townhouse communities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and manage quality control for custom finishes and workmanship.
• Collaborate with ownership, architects, designers, and consultants throughout the construction phase.
• Track project progress, resolve field issues, and maintain safe, organized job sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience in luxury residential, custom homes, townhomes, or multifamily development.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of Dallas‑area construction and permitting processes is a plus.
