Community Manager – Solara

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Community Manager for its Solara property in Seattle. The role is pivotal in delivering exceptional resident experiences while driving operational excellence and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the assigned property, ensuring smooth functioning of all services.
• Lead and develop on‑site team members, coordinating daily activities and resources.
• Achieve budgeted financial and operational goals through effective expense control and revenue optimization.
• Maintain compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
• Drive resident satisfaction, handle leasing activities, and coordinate maintenance and vendor services.
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate results to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to exceed resident expectations.
