Community Manager – Property Operations

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for its Bissinger & Co. property in Salt Lake City. The role oversees daily operations of the assigned multifamily community, ensuring financial performance, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue targets through rent setting, timely collection, and monthly financial reporting.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate payments.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collection.
• Analyze market and economic trends to implement short‑ and long‑range leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial and market data.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage budgets, invoices, and lease processes.
