Community Manager - Downtown area

About the role

We are seeking a Community Manager for a downtown property in Houston. The role oversees daily operations, leads the on‑site team, and ensures the property meets its financial and service goals while complying with all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staffing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
• Develop and monitor the property budget by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process bank deposits, and ensure timely posting of payments.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.
• Drive resident satisfaction through community events, communication, and prompt issue resolution.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Proven ability to meet financial targets and manage operational budgets.
