Commercial Finance Manager – Consolidation & DCF

About the role

The Commercial Finance Manager supports the North America Area Commercial Controller – Consolidation & DCF, delivering accurate, timely, and insightful managerial reporting, planning, and DCF analysis for the region. The role ensures consistency with Ferrero’s managerial standards and drives performance insights across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly institutional reporting for HQ and decks for Area Business reviews.
• Analyse financial closings, review business performance, and ensure correct value‑chain consolidation.
• Lead preparation and review of monthly and quarterly managerial reports for North America.
• Consolidate and distribute monthly closings, budget (BDG) and SAF financial decks for all countries and business units.
• Organise area‑level consolidation of institutional deliverables requested by Group Controlling (e.g., GMT monthly deck, weekly sales, sales estimates).
• Develop and finalise planning processes, partnering with category and sales controllers for scenarios, budgets, forecasts and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Revenue Growth Management teams to manage forecast accuracy, assess performance drivers, and project risks and opportunities.
• Review and challenge key assumptions, highlight material deviations, and support numbers reconciliation across departments.
• Maintain standard templates, reporting dashboards, and KPI frameworks for the planning cycle.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree.
• 4–7 years of relevant finance experience.
