About the role
Databricks is seeking a Business Development Representative who will speak French to engage prospective customers. This entry‑level sales position offers the chance to join a fast‑growing enterprise software company and build a career in technology sales.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the wider sales team to develop territory strategy, build pipeline, and drive product adoption.
- Identify potential Databricks use cases to expand consumption within prospect accounts.
- Maintain active inbound and outbound communications using personalized email, cold calling, and social selling.
- Support the sales organization by qualifying leads and setting up discovery meetings.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and genuine enthusiasm for technology.
- Consistent, measurable over‑achievement in prior roles.
- Curiosity about the big data/AI industry and desire to grow in tech sales.
- High degree of ownership, grit, and determination to succeed.
