About the role
The Texas A&M University System Offices are seeking a Business Administrator II to manage a full range of business activities, including financial document approval, budgeting, and accounts management for the RELLIS Campus in Bryan, Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Review and approve vouchers, requisitions, and account reconciliations.
- Assign costs to appropriate accounts and projects, monitor expenditures, and develop annual budget documents.
- Manage accounts receivable, coordinate invoicing, monitor outstanding balances, and ensure timely collection and reconciliation of revenues.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and guidelines; serve as an office manager when needed.
- Oversee annual fiscal year closing activities, resolve operational and procedural financial issues, and prepare related reports.
Required profile
- Experience in business administration and financial management within a large organization.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost allocation, and accounts receivable processes.
- Ability to develop and enforce policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
