Bilingual Recruiter – Remote Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and drive end‑to‑end talent acquisition for both remote and on‑site positions. You will shape candidate profiles, publish vacancies, and ensure a seamless interview process that aligns with our firm’s high standards and cultural values.

Key responsibilities

• Create and continuously refine detailed Candidate Avatars for each opening.
• Draft, review, and publish engaging job posts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Workable.
• Maintain active vacancy listings across job boards, university networks, and corporate channels, refreshing them weekly.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for U.S. and remote roles.
• Coordinate multi‑stage interview calendars and administer technical assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on expectations and hiring timelines.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and responsiveness.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a fast‑growing, high‑performing team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and a second language.

Required skills

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with job posting platforms such as Indeed and Workable.
• Proficiency in creating candidate assessments and technical tests.
