About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Community Manager – Imprint to support the Community Manager in the day‑to‑day financial and operational management of one of our residential communities in Chicago. The role combines bookkeeping, rent collection and reporting tasks using our property‑management platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and post rent, fees and other resident payments.
- Prepare daily bank deposits, reconcile bank accounts and process invoices and payables.
- Generate monthly close‑out financial statements and other reports for the community.
- Maintain accurate records in the property‑management software (Yardi/OneSite).
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking and account reconciliations.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data.
- Basic understanding of residential property operations.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with the Community Manager and residents.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Yardi property‑management software.
- Experience using OneSite platform.
