Account Executive – Partnerships (French required)

About the role
Odoo is looking for a bilingual Account Executive to expand its partner network across North America. The role focuses on recruiting new partners, introducing them to Odoo’s ERP suite, and guiding them through the sales cycle to generate additional revenue streams.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new partners using data analytics, CRM scoring, and BANT evaluation.
- Develop revenue‑growth strategies, forecast pipeline, and pursue up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Analyze partner data, create dashboards, and report key metrics within Odoo.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Design and negotiate customized implementation packages in a consultative manner.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Professional fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or ERP environments.
- Strong interest in software, new technologies, and business operations.
