Key responsibilities

• Edit long‑form YouTube videos to the highest quality standards.
• Create 3D animations and motion‑graphics elements.
• Collaborate closely with producers, writers, and on‑camera talent.
• Maintain consistent branding, graphics, audio quality, and pacing across all projects.
• Optimize edits for audience retention and click‑through rates.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Stay current on editing trends, YouTube algorithms, and viral video formats.

Required profile

• Proven track record editing for high‑end YouTubers (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of pacing, comedic timing, storytelling, and YouTube formatting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to take direction and contribute creative ideas.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
