Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated, full‑time Warehouse Associates to handle corrugated cardboard gondolas across its facilities. The role focuses on meeting customer needs by efficiently collecting and removing cardboard gondolas while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Use a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas (large boxes or trash containers) and replace them with empty ones in assigned areas.
• Transport and place full corrugated gondolas into designated packers or compactors (training provided).
• Keep the area around all gondolas free of debris and trash.
• Dust, mop, and sweep around trash‑container zones to maintain clear transit pathways.
• Maintain clear “green‑mile” traffic aisles at all times for safety.
• Organise and sort the compactor/packer zones to preserve order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and move gondolas up to 75 + lb.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Comfortable walking throughout the facility and standing for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret basic safety and operational documents.
