Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Warehouse Associates to join our team on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role focuses on handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and safe warehouse environments while supporting our customers' needs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and place full corrugated cardboard gondolas into packers or compactors in designated areas (training provided).
• Keep the areas around all gondolas free of debris, trash, and dust.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness around trash container zones to ensure clear transit pathways.
• Maintain clear “Green Mile” walkways at all times for safety.
• Organise and sort drill/packer/compactor areas to preserve order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and move gondolas weighing up to 75 lb.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Endurance to walk continuously throughout the facility and stand for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret safety, operation, and maintenance documents.
