About the role

We are seeking a Vice President of Strategic Finance to join the senior leadership team of a fast‑growing business services organization. The role will shape financial strategy, influence executive decisions, and drive growth in a technology‑enabled, private‑equity‑backed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for a recurring‑revenue business.
• Build and maintain financial models that inform pricing, operational efficiency, and strategic investment decisions.
• Mentor, develop, and scale a high‑performing Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) team.
• Prepare and deliver concise presentations for executives, investors, and non‑financial leaders, turning data into actionable insights.
• Partner directly with the CFO and executive team to define and execute long‑term growth strategies.
