Visiting Researcher – Contingent Worker at Arkansas Children’s Nutrition Center

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking contingent workers to join the Arkansas Children’s Nutrition Center. In this Visiting Researcher position you will support faculty on ongoing research projects and contribute to the preparation of scientific publications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist faculty with the design, execution, and documentation of nutrition‑related research studies.
• Collect, organize, and analyze research data in accordance with study protocols.
• Draft, edit, and format manuscripts, abstracts, and other scientific communications.
• Utilize UAMS email and internal systems to manage research products and documentation.

Required profile

• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid‑19 or have an approved medical or religious exemption.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Ability to obtain and use UAMS email and information systems.
