Vice President, Revenue Operations

About the role

The Vice President, Revenue Operations will lead the Operations segment of Mastercard’s Global Business Solutions Center. This senior leader is responsible for strategy, performance and transformation across multiple verticals, ensuring revenue operations are sustainable, scalable, transparent and flexible.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the operating strategy for billing and revenue functions.
• Oversee system maintenance, inquiry management and error‑correction processes.
• Drive operational governance, program management and enterprise knowledge management.
• Lead change‑management initiatives, stakeholder engagement and process‑governance maturity.
• Champion automation and AI adoption to improve efficiency.
• Manage Director‑level leaders and hold end‑to‑end accountability for operational performance and innovation.

Required profile

• Proven transformational leader with extensive enterprise‑scale billing or revenue operations experience.
• Track record of building and scaling high‑performing operations teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and change‑leadership capabilities.
