Vice President, Commercial Sales – Americas

About the role

The Vice President, Commercial Sales – Americas will lead Sol de Janeiro’s wholesale and key‑account strategy across the region. Reporting on P&L performance, this senior leader will partner with top retailers such as Sephora and Ulta to drive revenue growth and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Americas wholesale P&L, meeting revenue, margin and profitability targets.
• Define and execute a regional commercial strategy aligned with global brand priorities.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand distribution, and grow category performance across channels.
• Lead senior relationships with Sephora, Ulta and other strategic partners, moving to joint business planning models.
• Negotiate major commercial agreements, promotional investments and trade terms.
• Build, scale and mentor the Americas Key Accounts organization, setting KPIs and development plans.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to unlock growth across North America.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in wholesale or key‑account sales within the beauty or consumer goods sector.
• Track record of managing a regional P&L and delivering profitable growth.
• Strong ability to develop and execute omnichannel commercial strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and partnership management skills.
• Demonstrated talent for building high‑performing sales teams.
