Transportation Supervisor

About the role

The Transportation Supervisor leads a team of Class A and B drivers who deliver Domino’s Pizza to stores across the region. This role is responsible for scheduling, routing, compliance, and ensuring a safe, efficient delivery operation while maintaining high customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select, and mentor new and existing drivers.
• Schedule driver routes, re‑route as needed, and monitor Hours of Service via onboard systems.
• Review trip sheets, driver logs, and Lytx video data to ensure DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA compliance.
• Conduct safety observations, accident investigations, and enforce progressive discipline.
• Prepare transportation reports, manage fuel card budgets, and assist with payroll accuracy.
• Analyze routes for cost‑saving opportunities and coordinate back‑haul activities.
• Maintain driver qualification files, schedule truck maintenance, and oversee fleet image.
• Address customer complaints and support vendor communications.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced logistics or transportation environment.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor, and hold drivers accountable.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with drivers, internal teams, and external partners.
• Comfortable working night shifts (Wednesday‑Saturday, 6:30 pm‑5 am).

What we offer

• Base salary of $90,000 per year plus up to a 10% company bonus.
