Team Lead – Payer Enrollment

About the role

Medallion is a fast‑growing healthcare technology company that automates provider operations. The Payer Enrollment Team Lead will oversee the team that processes health‑plan enrollment requests, ensuring timely and accurate submissions for Medicare, Medicaid, commercial and managed‑care plans.

Key responsibilities

• Complete health plan enrollment requests from application retrieval to client notification for group and individual plans across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial and managed‑care.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Payer Enrollment Coordinators and Specialists, managing performance, capacity and growth targets.
• Manage and improve enrollment support systems, including Medallion’s proprietary platform, Front, Google Sheets and Salesforce.
• Participate in cross‑functional team meetings to discuss enrollment issues, process improvements and resource planning for new clients.
• Lead client communications, facilitating regular and ad‑hoc calls to ensure seamless support and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex provider enrollment issues.
• Perform any other reasonably assigned duties.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in payer enrollment or provider credentialing.
• Proven leadership experience managing a small team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial and managed‑care enrollment processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
