About the role
The International Rescue Committee is seeking a solutions‑driven Systems Administrator to support its Washington and Montana operations from the Seattle office. You will act as the primary point of contact for a suite of core software systems, helping program staff use these tools efficiently and securely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main systems expert for IRC Washington & Montana, providing day‑to‑day technical support and training.
- Configure and manage workflows, roles, delegations, and permissions in Integra.
- Track, monitor, and resolve system‑related issues using a transparent ticketing system.
- Coordinate regularly with senior management and headquarters teams to align system usage with operational goals.
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing users.
- Identify gaps and recommend process or system improvements to boost efficiency.
Required profile
- Passionate change‑maker with a strong commitment to humanitarian impact.
- Experience supporting multiple software platforms in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to assist non‑technical staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
