Systems Administrator – Seattle

About the role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a solutions‑driven Systems Administrator to support its Washington and Montana operations from the Seattle office. You will act as the primary point of contact for a suite of core software systems, helping program staff use these tools efficiently and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main systems expert for IRC Washington & Montana, providing day‑to‑day technical support and training.
• Configure and manage workflows, roles, delegations, and permissions in Integra.
• Track, monitor, and resolve system‑related issues using a transparent ticketing system.
• Coordinate regularly with senior management and headquarters teams to align system usage with operational goals.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing users.
• Identify gaps and recommend process or system improvements to boost efficiency.

Required profile
