SWD Operator – Salt Water Disposal (Bourg, LA)

About the role

R360 Environmental Solutions is seeking a dependable, safety‑focused SWD Operator to join its Bourg, Louisiana facility. You will be responsible for handling salt‑water disposal operations, ensuring that produced water is safely off‑loaded, processed, and recorded.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment including pumps, valves, and tanks.
• Safely off‑load and process produced water from transport trucks.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and perform minor maintenance.
• Accurately log readings, daily volumes, and incident reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite and follow all environmental and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and truck drivers.

Required profile

• Willingness to work 14‑day rotating day and night shifts.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and collaborate with a team.
• Commitment to safety practices and proper PPE usage.
• Previous SWD experience is a plus but not mandatory.
