Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for managing inventory and intra‑network supply across ALTIVIA’s businesses, with a primary focus on the Ketones & Additives segment. This role ensures accurate month‑end inventory counts, supports commercial success, and drives operational excellence through close collaboration with commercial, manufacturing, and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control processes for all plant sites and terminals, maintaining physical counts and ERP accuracy.
• Adjust stocking targets by product and location in partnership with the commercial team and manage material requirements planning (MRP) for petrochemicals and ketones.
• Administer terminal contracts, negotiate new agreements, and manage relationships with primary and secondary freight forwarders.
• Monitor ERP transactions for compliance, suggest improvements, and report supply‑chain KPIs to management.
• Prepare monthly operational and cost reports, lead supply‑chain optimization projects, and support corrective actions for carrier and terminal issues.
• Review and approve invoices related to network and inventory activities, ensuring accurate freight accruals.
