Student Services Coordinator (12‑Month)

About the role

The Student Services Coordinator supports the Counseling, Adult, & Rehabilitation Education (CHPR) department by serving as the primary contact for prospective and current students. Working under the Director of CHPR, the coordinator assists with admissions, fieldwork, practicum, internship coordination, and accreditation data management for designated academic programs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Graduate Admissions to facilitate student enrollment processes.
• Assist students in arranging fieldwork, practicum, and internship placements.
• Collect, manage, and report data required for program accreditation.
• Collaborate closely with Program Coordinators and Field Experience Coordinators.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with state, federal, and institutional policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited university.
• Experience with data collection and management for academic programs.
• Ability to work under direction of department leadership and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (or equivalent spreadsheet software)
• Microsoft Access (or equivalent relational database software)
