Autumn Communications is seeking a Social Media Senior Account Executive to join its growing team. This position sits at the intersection of strategy, content, and performance, leading day‑to‑day social execution while contributing to higher‑level planning for lifestyle, beauty, wellness, and tech clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution against social strategies and contribute to content frameworks and platform approaches.
• Own monthly and campaign‑based content planning aligned with brand priorities and cultural moments.
• Translate social listening, platform trends, and performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Develop social‑first content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Oversee content pipelines from briefing through final delivery, ensuring creative execution and platform alignment.
• Support end‑to‑end content production, including pre‑production planning, shoot coordination, and on‑set execution.
• Manage production logistics such as timelines, shot lists, talent coordination, and vendor communication.
• Write and refine channel‑specific copy that reflects brand voice and drives engagement.
• Partner with paid media teams to align organic and paid strategies for cohesive campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver both day‑to‑day execution and strategic direction.
• Strong understanding of how content, media, and culture intersect to drive results.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including directors, creators, and paid media partners.
