Social Media Manager

About the role

HeartStamp Inc. is looking for a hands‑on Social Media Manager to own organic social across all major platforms. You will work remotely, create daily content that showcases our AI‑generated greeting cards, and collaborate closely with our paid advertising specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Manage organic social on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Threads, and X – create, schedule, publish, and engage daily.
• Produce content using HeartStamp’s platform, partnering with graphic designers, AI video producers, and video editors.
• Recruit, brief, and manage micro‑influencers, UGC creators, and AI video talent; maintain a creator database.
• Develop and execute a Pinterest strategy, including pin creation and board planning.
• Define content pillars and editorial framework for all feeds.
• Drive community growth through commenting, follow‑back, Reddit, forums, and niche communities.
• Schedule and publish using tools such as Iconosquare, Sprout Social, or Later.
• Produce weekly organic performance reports and adjust tactics.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on social media execution, with a track record of publishing thousands of posts.
• Strong copywriting skills for headlines, captions, video scripts, and push notifications.
• Deep understanding of millennial moms and Gen‑Z gift‑givers and where they congregate online.

What we offer

• Salary $65,000 – $75,000 per year plus equity
• Remote work (US‑based)
• Full‑time hours (50‑55 hrs/week) on a contract basis
