Social Media Manager – Community

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager, Community to represent Jerry.ai across organic channels such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube and TikTok. You will build authentic conversations, grow trusted communities and help users navigate car‑ownership topics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic presence strategy on Reddit, Quora, YouTube and TikTok.
• Create a playbook that defines posting cadence, reply guidelines and silence periods for each community.
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted forums.
• Design a scalable content and engagement plan that maintains authenticity, using AI tools where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent brand voice.
• Track and report sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic and LLM citation metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of community management or organic social experience, preferably in fintech, insurtech or other regulated consumer sectors.
• Platform‑native voice that resonates on Reddit, TikTok and Quora without corporate jargon.
• Strategic mindset focused on building systems, SEO awareness and how large language models cite sources.
• Proven ability to humanise “boring” or stressful topics and foster long‑term trust.
• Patient, curious, long‑game player who values organic growth over quick PR wins.
