Service Technician – Broadstone Frontera Ridge

About the role

The Service Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of Broadstone Frontera Ridge – including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas – meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This hands‑on position supports resident satisfaction and prepares vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and repairing them according to policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments: conduct pre‑move‑out inspections, generate punch lists, schedule vendors, obtain supplies, perform repairs and verify completed work.
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment and supplies, track usage, return unused items and notify the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies.

Required profile

• Ability to read and follow work orders and maintenance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail for inspections, documentation and inventory tracking.
• Commitment to safety standards and participation in routine safety meetings.
