About the role
This position is responsible for overseeing and performing technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, conducting pre‑move‑out inspections, generating punch lists, and coordinating vendors and contractors to prepare units for new occupants.
- Maintain routine upkeep of community areas, ensuring all mechanical systems and building components operate correctly.
Required profile
- Experience diagnosing building defects and performing repairs.
- Familiarity with safety standards and local code requirements.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage maintenance schedules.
