Service Supervisor – San Miguel

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common spaces, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ordering as needed while staying within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in company policies.
• Support the Community Manager with various maintenance and operational initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in a residential community.
• Ability to diagnose problems, follow safety and code requirements, and complete repairs efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders, inventories, and vendor schedules.
• Capability to oversee service team members and ensure adherence to established standards.
