Service Supervisor – Eagle Point Community

About the role

The Service Supervisor for the Eagle Point community ensures that all building interiors, exteriors, grounds and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. Reporting to the Community Manager, you will lead maintenance activities, coordinate vendors and oversee the make‑ready process for vacant units.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the make‑ready cycle: conduct pre‑move‑out inspections, create punch lists, schedule contractors, procure supplies and verify completed work.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members and external vendors, providing corrective action as needed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Strong ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform hands‑on repairs.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage work orders, inventories and vendor schedules.
• Effective communication for coordinating with residents, team members and contractors.
