Service Supervisor – Broadstone 7th Street

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve resident service requests and routine upkeep, adhering to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the cleanliness and appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas, parking lots, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, collaborating with the Community Manager to order supplies within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the policy manual.
• Assist the Community Manager with additional operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose mechanical or technical issues and perform repairs in line with established policies.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and service teams to complete maintenance tasks.
• Strong organizational skills for managing inventories, work orders, and make‑ready processes.
• Attention to detail when inspecting work and ensuring compliance with safety and code standards.
