SEO Strategist

About the role

MERGE is seeking an SEO Strategist to lead digital growth for its health‑and‑wellness clients. You will own site health, translate data into actionable roadmaps, and guide clients through the ever‑changing search landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking.
• Improve site architecture and navigation for better user experience and crawlability.
• Monitor performance with SEO and analytics tools, track KPIs, and produce regular reports.
• Perform competitor analysis and identify opportunities to outperform rivals.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
• Test and optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and user journeys to increase organic conversion rates.
• Communicate complex SEO concepts clearly to clients and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
