Main Missions

• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber passive talent.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand technical and cultural requirements.
• Manage the full sourcing lifecycle, ensuring all searches are closed within tight deadlines and meet high-quality standards.
• Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics and benchmarks to continuously improve sourcing processes.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Client Leads, Recruiting Coordinators, and HR leaders, to ensure a seamless candidate experience and adhere to SLAs.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to talent acquisition and market intelligence.
